Hallo Hallo Mall's website provides features that are subject to the following conditions. If you visit, purchase, or open a shop owner's account at mall.hallohallo.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future mall.hallohallo.com service or business (e.g., your account, your points, your shop, items, etc.), you also will be subject to the guidelines and terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will be implemented.

For Customers and Shop Owners:

  • mall.hallohallo.com serves as a payment gateway facility that processes customer transactions without being the seller, owner, and/or manager of any products or goods subject to the online transaction.
  • The use of online services provided by mall.hallohallo.com is not a right, but a privilege to any user to do legitimate online buy-and-sell transactions. All personal information and product representations shall be guaranteed by the users to be truthful, legal, updated, and intended only for legal transactions.
  • mall.hallohallo.com is not a party to your agreement with another bank for the online payment/bank transfer facility. Therefore, mall.hallohallo.com shall not be held liable for any injury or damage you may sustain as a result of your transaction with another bank or for your use of the bank's payment gateway facility.
  • mall.hallohallo.com shall not be liable for the security of any information you upload via our online registration facility. mall.hallohallo.com does not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times since access to the facility depends on your computer, Internet service provider, or other similar factors beyond the control of the service provider.
  • You assume full responsibility for all the information you transmit through mall.hallohallo.com's online registration facility. mall.hallohallo.com shall not be liable in any way to any third party who may be damaged or prejudiced by any information you transmit.
  • You undertake that you are not transmitting any information, data, and/or statement that are false and/or illegal, or those that contain any libelous or damaging material and misrepresentations.
  • Without prejudice for any claim against the erring user for damages, any false personal information and/or misleading product representations shall be a valid ground for an outright and immediate blocking of the registered user from availing mall.hallohallo.com's online services.

    Dubious transactions and suspicious representations can also be grounds for suspension of the use of this online facility, which is also subject to further investigation until such suspicion or act of misrepresentation is cleared.

    In order to curtail any further damage to mall.hallohallo.com and any third parties, and to apprehend users committing illegal transactions, personal information containing misrepresentations or suspicious contents shall be deemed waived by the user and can be disclosed to legitimate investigating bodies upon the discretion of mall.hallohallo.com management.
  • You agree to hold the management of mall.hallohallo.com and its employees free and harmless from any liability to any third party, and shall indemnify mall.hallohallo.com against any and all claims, losses, damages, proceedings, or expenses (legal or otherwise) arising from or in connection with your use of this online payment gateway facility.

    You further agree that mall.hallohallo.com shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from any and all errors unintentionally committed — as well as any computer software or hardware errors (including computer viruses) resulting in the failure to complete a transaction; neither shall mall.hallohallo.com be held liable for any loss or damage caused by any act or omission of any third party, such as the provider of telecommunication services, Internet service provider, or for any circumstances beyond mall.hallohallo.com's control such as severe weather, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters, fire, war, strike, acts of civil or military authority, equipment failure, interruption, or failure of electricity and communication facilities.
  • You agree to review the terms and conditions of mall.hallohallo.com periodically. mall.hallohallo.com may amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes made will become effective immediately upon posting of the revised Agreement.
  • By clicking the "I Agree" button, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, click the "Cancel" button and do not access the online transaction facility.
  • Electronic Communications
  • When you visit mall.hallohallo.com and/or e-mail us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. Therefore, you are liable to update your e-mail information.
  • We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. For privacy purposes, we may also conduct phone call notifications for account and order/s verification. We therefore do not warrant and shall not be liable for any delay or failure to send, receive or process messages due to e-mail or account information discrepancy.
  • You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Account

  • If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
  • mall.hallohallo.com does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use mall.hallohallo.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • mall.hallohallo.com allows only one account holder for any credit card related transaction, using of credit card owned by other person is strictly prohibited.
  • mall.hallohallo.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
  • mall.hallohallo.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, mall.hallohallo.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hallo Hallo Mall itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.


Hallo Hallo Alliance Account
If you register an account to any Hallo Hallo Alliance website, it will automatically be your account to any of its websites including Hallo Hallo Mall, Hallo Hallo Town, and Hallo Hallo Job. To better serve you, Hallo Hallo Alliance only shares basic data information to its alliance website as stated in our Privacy Policy such as profile details, points usage and acquisition, address, etc. When you update your account to one website, other websites affiliated with Hallo Hallo Alliance will also be automatically updated.

One Person, One Account Policy
You can only register one account as a member. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to create multiple accounts under one or all Hallo Hallo Alliance websites. In case our administration system detects multiple accounts registered by the same person (included but not limited to: Mobile Number/s, E-mail address, IP Address, Points, Order History), such accounts may be subject to review, which can result to suspension of account privileges and/or termination of your account regardless of the points therein. Hallo Hallo Mall may require members to submit proof of identification for account verification and security. You are granted a revocable account. Customers who want to open a shop are exclusion to this policy as long as the shop account they have registered will not be used as a customer account. Shop account and customer account from one user and are used both for accumulating points and purchasing items are considered multiple accounts. The management has the right to cancel order transactions, forfeit points, and/or terminate an account if the user was found violating this rule. Only one account has the privilege to accumulate points to protect the principle of points fair use policy.

Points Fair Use Policy

Points can be earned and used through our various features. Your account will give you the benefit to enjoy many Hallo Hallo features, especially the point system. Your account may need to be verified after your third order transaction involving points. It is expected of you to reasonably earn and use points. Please report any form of activity that is not within usual way of accumulating points. Customer using two different accounts to benefit in accumulating points is also prohibited. If your account activity was found suspicious and fraudulent, we reserve the right to put your account in pending status and possible disabling of your account.

Two accounts per household / address

Only two accounts per address are allowed given that the accounts are under two different identities. Customers must put their Home Address as their Billing Address to avoid violating this policy (e.g. putting office address as billing address which may result to multiple account users involving officemates). Take note that minors are not allowed to create an account with mall.hallohallo.com. Hallo Hallo Mall may request proof of billing in case of more than two (2) accounts has been detected to be using the same address. Any users caught violating the policy will be deemed for account review, which may lead to cancelation of all active orders, suspension of account, and/or confiscation of points. Any users caught violating the same policy twice will be deemed for cancelation of all active orders, forfeiting of points and deletion of account.

Cash on Delivery

When the chosen payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), Hallo Hallo Mall reserves the right to limit your future buying privileges if you've previously ordered an item via COD and ended up refusing to accept/not paying for the item at the time of the delivery. Should you have concerns/problems about the item delivered to you, do send us and e-mail at info@mall.hallohallo.com with a photo of the item within 24 hours upon your receipt. We'd be more than glad to investigate and facilitate the replacement of the product or refund of the amount you have paid considering that the item delivered was found to be misrepresented and/or faulty.

Return Items Policy

Ordered items, in any payment form, shall not be accepted if reasons are found to be:

  • Minimal scratches due to shipment process
  • Change of mind
  • No longer in its original manufacturer's packaging (unless proven to be defective in the first place)
  • Refused to accept due to money concerns

Damaged, expired, misrepresented and misleading items must be reported and a photo must be sent within 24 hours upon delivery. Photo or mini video clip indicating details of complaint must be sent within 24 hours upon complaint. Failure to send proof of complaint within 24 hours will deem to void complaint. Damaged, expired, misrepresented, and/or misleading item must be sent within three days. Otherwise, disclaimer will be void.

We Prohibit Excessive Order Cancelations

Hallo Hallo Mall reserves the right to suspend or disable buyer accounts and/or take a legal action for suspicious buyer accounts with excessive canceled orders.

First Occurrence: Account suspension for one month

Second Occurrence: Account termination

Refund Policy

Hallo Hallo Mall offers three refund methods: bank transfer, LBC, and points. Refund process through bank transfer and LBC shall take a maximum of fifteen (15) banking days excluding weekends and holidays, while refund process through points conversion takes 24-48 hours.

Bank Transfer refund is allowed only through the ff. banks:

  • Banco De Oro
  • Bank of the Philippine Islands
  • HSBC
  • Security Bank
  • PS Bank
  • PNB
  • Unionbank
  • Metrobank
  • RCBC
  • Chinabank
  • Eastwest Bank
  • Bank of Commerce
  • Landbank

For other banks not listed, payment will be refunded through LBC or points.

For customers using Dragonpay as their payment method, transactions that are P15.00 and below are prohibited. The exact payment of P15.00 is non-refundable; this is due to Dragonpay's refund fee of the same amount. Transactions that are P30.00 and below are refundable only through points and an amount higher than P30.00 can be refunded through our normal refund method.

In case of disabled accounts, points can be refunded and converted to cash if the points are originally in cash unit before it was converted to points.

For Shop Owners:

Account

Trademarks

In addition, mall.hallohallo.com graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks, or trade dress of Hallo Hallo Mall. Hallo Hallo Mall's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not mall.hallohallo.com in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits mall.hallohallo.com. All other trademarks not owned by mall.hallohallo.com that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by mall.hallohallo.com.

Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, the list price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The list price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the list price may represent "open-stock" prices, which are the aggregate of the manufacturer's estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. When an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the list price may be provided by the merchant.

Replica Items

We prohibit all transactions related to replica items as well as pirated or unauthorized copies of software, media, or other intellectual property. Members may not use mall.hallohallo.com to promote, sell, or purchase any type of counterfeit item. There is a ban on any transactions related to replica purses, watches, accessories, etc. Such transactions will not be processed.

What are the consequences of using mall.hallohallo.com to sell or purchase replica items?

  • The promotion, sale, or purchase of replica items through mall.hallohallo.com is strictly prohibited. If one of our members' accounts is discovered to be associated with the distribution, selling, or purchasing of replica items, we will terminate the account. The member will also be subject to damages and other penalties, including being exposed to legal prosecution if necessary.

Violation of such policy would deem the following sanctions depending on the occurrence:

  • First occurrence: Disable/Deletion of item
  • Second occurrence: Suspension of shop
  • Third occurrence: Termination of shop

Electronic reloading and selling of call and text prepaid cards are prohibited

In mall.hallohallo.com, you are not allowed to buy and/or sell call and text prepaid cards. You are also not allowed to process electronic reloading, regardless of the mobile network carrier. This is to avoid scammers and fraudulent transactions from accumulating on our website. Any order placed or item uploaded that is caught violating the policy will be disabled or canceled immediately. For buyers, confiscation of all the points under your account would be implemented.

Purchasing items from your own shop is prohibited

Sellers are not allowed to purchase items from their own shops, especially if points were used as a payment as this is considered as a fraudulent transaction. Violation of such policy would deem the following sanctions depending on the occurrence:

First occurrence: Verbal / Written warning
Second occurrence: Suspension of Shop
Third occurrence: Termination of shop

Transactions within the same Barangay are strictly prohibited

Customers are not allowed to use points to shop owners within the same Barangay to avoid fraudulent transaction. Hallo Hallo Mall may require customers and shop owners to submit additional requirements for verification. Violation of such policy would deem cancelation of the order without any settlement for the seller if in any case the item has been shipped.

Transactions between relatives are strictly prohibited

Sellers are not allowed to transact with customers that are related to them especially if payment through points is involved. Such transaction is considered fraudulent. Violation of such policy would deem cancelation of the order without any settlement for the seller if in any case the item has been shipped.

Transactions between relatives involving points is strictly prohibited

Sellers are not allowed to transact with customers that are related to them if payment through points is involved as this is considered a form of fraudulent transaction. Violation of such policy would deem Cancelation of the order without any settlement for the seller if in any case that the item has been shipped.

Hallo Hallo Mall reserves the right to cancel all orders that has been proven fraudulent or invalid.

Any shop that has been found creating fraudulent transactions (including but not limited to entertaining fraudulent customers, having invalid shipping information, and violating the Terms of Use) shall be disabled immediately. Once an order has been proven fraudulent and the shop has been disabled, all existing orders placed on your shop will be canceled and will not be paid for by Hallo Hallo Mall.

Application and Partnership with Soliciting Shop Accounts

  • mall.hallohallo.com reserves the rights to tie up or make joint ventures with a shop to represent, help, and/or partner with registered non-government organizations, with the aim of having the proceeds donated to the said organization.
  • No other shop owner or customer is allowed to solicit and/or use a non-government organization to create a shop for donation purposes. If an individual would want to create such shop, please inform the Management of mall.hallohallo.com for further discussion.

Air Waybill Instructions Compliance

All Hallo Hallo Mall Merchants within Metro Manila excluding Rizal area are required to use LBC in shipment of their items. Sellers are also liable to follow the Air Waybill instructions especially for COD transactions. These may include mainly but not limited to:

  • Inputting Hallo Hallo Mall | (shop name) on the space provided for 'From'
  • Inputting NDAR-COD in bold and ALL CAPS letters above the space provided for 'To' (applicable to COD transactions ONLY )
  • Inputting the Order ID # (COD (Amount to be collected)) on the space provided for 'Special Instructions' (applicable to COD transactions ONLY)

Hallo Hallo Mall reserves the right to cancel Orders that did not follow the aforementioned instructions as it will result to non collection of payment for the item sent. Cancelled COD transactions due to failure to follow AWB instructions will be considered as a failed transaction and therefore will not be added to the Seller's shop account balance. However, if the item was received by the customer but the courier failed to collect payment due to failure to follow AWB instructions, only the points used in that order will be paid to the Seller.

Mandatory Courier Service Provider

All Sellers whose pick up location is within Metro Manila excluding Rizal area are required to use LBC as their courier. As we have announced and posted in our Site News, we have a tie up with LBC, and we will use their service to ship orders from Hallo Hallo Mall website. Violation of such policy would deem the following sanctions depending on the occurrence:

First occurrence: Verbal / Written warning
Second occurrence: Cancellation and Non-payment of involved orders
Third occurrence: Blocking of account and Non-payment of involved orders
